Hirexa Solutions, a global talent management and human capital service provider, is preparing to set up shop in North America. Following its rapid expansion in the UK, Europe, and India, the company is now ready to expand its services to the land of hopes and dreams, The United States of America.
To kickstart this venture, Hirexa Solutions welcomed Mr. Lohababu Vijayaraghavan as the Business Head with 15+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment services. An expert on talent strategy in the IT environment with a proven track record of developing and implementing creative and innovative sourcing strategies, solutions, and campaigns across multiple industries helped him get a top position.
Though a critical shift has taken place in human resource practices owing to the Great Resignation currently taking place; Mahesh Jain, CEO of Hirexa Solutions is not fearful of the challenge, ”Great Resignation, a by-product of the COVID pandemic and caused by the mismatch between vacancies and job seekers; is significantly threatening the US economy. Despite that, we would consider it a success if Hirexa was able to address some employment issues and influence long-term positive change for both employees and employers."
