A client, a major Dutch Bank had outsourced their IT project to one of the leading Global IT Services Implementation Partner to deploy 100+ BPM and Digital Experts with expertise in Pega - LSA, CSSA, CSA, Appian, UI / UX, Full Stack, Mobility, Tibco, DevOps, Scala, Ops Engineer and Big Data in a mix of competent, proficient and expert levels.
The type of talent the client was planning to attract with the scope for various squads was exceedingly specific and particular. Also, finding local talent in a country where there was a low supply of highly qualified IT talent within the client’s salary rates was a huge challenge.
WHY THE CLIENT ONBOARDED HIREXA?
After six weeks of being unsuccessful in securing the right set of candidates through their direct sourcing channels, Hirexa was considered as a partner to support the hiring ramp up. Our Selection Strategy: Hirexa supported the complex selection process of the Client’s and IT implementation partner’s with multiple levels of tech interviewing, using coding assessment platforms like Hackerrank and Codility. A Hackathon-based selection methodology was primarily implemented by us.
1. At each Sprint, Hirexa conducted the Hackathon program, depending upon the requirements shared by the customer.
2. After assessing individual performances in the hackathon program, the IT implementation partner & the client selected high potential candidates immediately.
3. The Hirexa Talent Acquisition team worked closely with the candidates to ensure that their on-boarding, induction, migration process and transition processes to a new country and business environment were managed effectively.
Hirexa on-boarded 72 resources in a short span of 14 months. All of their post-hiring feedback was outstanding in regards to the quality of work each one of them participated in.
